This page will highlight the latest news as it pertains to the 2018 Class of John F. Kennedy; please refer to it continuously throughout the year.

JFK Senior Grad Week Schedule & Procedures for the Class of 2018!   
 
*Seniors must attend all days to participate in the Ceremony.*
 
GRADUATION DOCUMENTS ARE LOCATED BELOW.

June 5th: Signing/ Picture Party, rehearsal, Cap/Gown distribution, Department Awards
  • Seniors report to homeroom. Homeroom teachers take attendance and then escort students to the Main Gym by 8:20AM for Signing Party. Students can bring yearbooks and Panorama Pictures.
  • Students released for break with rest of school.
  • After break, students report back to Main Gym for practice of Graduation Check-in procedures.
  • Students are distributed Caps and Gowns.
  • Students dismissed at 12:23PM 
  • Senior Department Awards Ceremony for invited students and families in the Main Gym at 12:30PM
 
June 6th: Rehearsal #2 Graduate Family Picture Night (New for 2018)
  • Seniors report to homeroom. Homeroom teachers take attendance and then escort students to the Main Gym by 8:20AM. 
  • Full Graduation Ceremony Rehearsal.
  • Students dismissed at 12:23PM.
  • Graduate Family Picture Night from 5:00PM to 7:30PM.  This is an opportunity for graduates and their families to take pictures in their cap and gown at their favorite campus locations.  
 
June 7th: Final Rehearsal and Graduation
  • Seniors report to homeroom. Homeroom teachers take attendance and then escort students to the Main Gym by 8:20AM.
  • Full Graduation Ceremony Rehearsal.
  • Ticket Distribution and lottery (if necessary)
  • Students dismissed at 12:23PM
  • Students report back to Main Gym for Graduation at 5:00PM
  • Diplomas will be available for pick up in the Main Gym till 9PM.
Additional Information: 
 
  1. Seniors at the moment there will be five graduation tickets allotted to each student.  That could change depending on the number of graduates.  We will not know the final number until the day of graduation.  There is a possibility that 2-3 extra tickets will be allotted. 
  2. Handicapped parking at the Graduation ceremony will be available for families.  Seniors must sign up with Mr. Jacquez in the Attendance Office before June 1, 2018FORM IS LOCATED BELOW.
