Kennedy Football Team for wins the LA Rams Academic Challenge by having the highest GPA's of the participating 9 LA area high schools!

The kick off assembly was held on Thursday, September 24 with Rams football legend Torry Holt who challenged players to maintain high Grade Point Averages (GPA’s) during the Fall of 2020 to compete for a $2500 grant from USA Football and the LA Rams. Kennedy HS WON the challenge! The grant will be used to purchase new equipment from Riddell, USA Football's official protective equipment partner. Johnathan Franklin, LA Rams Director of Social Justice and Football Development, said, “On behalf of The LA Rams and USA Football, thank you for your continued hard work and the positive impact you and your coaching staff have made in the lives of young athletes through America's favorite sport. Congratulations on this exciting opportunity to make the game better and safer for your players.”
