LIFE IN ELIZABETHAN ENGLAND TEAM SPEECH

You and your partner(s) will research one area of life in Elizabethan England (Queen Elizabeth reigned from 1558-1603; William Shakespeare lived from 1564-1616) and present your findings in a dynamic 3-5 minute presentation next week. You should focus on the six most interesting facts from your research and prepare a speech in which you educate and entertain your audience.

Your speech must include a visual aid, in the form of a PowerPoint, a prezi, or original artwork.

Requirements:
1. Visual aid must include at least 6 slides, 6 clicks (if using prezi) or 6 original pieces of art
2. No more than 50 total words on the visual aid (the bulk of the info comes from you)
3. Each person may use one notecard with 25 words written on it
4. One properly formatted (MLA) works cited page for your group (everyone's names should be on it)
5. Presentation needs to be between 3-5 minutes in length (inability to be within that time window will result in the loss of 20 points, or 10 percent of possible points)

Blank rubrics will be provided for you to preview.
