Magnet Vision

We envision a curriculum that is academic, rigorous, and interdisciplinary. We incorporate applied methods of learning in three strands: Architecture, Digital Design, and Filmmaking, which foster the development of creativity and problem solving in these technical arts fields.

Magnet Mission Statement

The mission of Kennedy High School’s Architecture, Digital Design, and Filmmaking Magnet is to create a community of learners who will be prepared to meet the challenges of the 21st century in their chosen career paths. Our mission emphasizes quality of work, high ethical standards, superior work skills, life-long education, integrity, and pride in the dignity of work.


•Students will engage in challenging curriculum to foster their personal and academic growth

•Teachers will provide a rigorous and interdisciplinary program in the technical arts-Architecture, Digital Arts, and Filmmaking
