Welcome to the Counseling Department!
The Counseling Department is here to help! Our counselors implement programs that strive to support student growth in three main areas: academic, college & career, and social/emotional development.
As advocates for students, JFK counselors promote a positive environment that enhances students’ ability to properly manage the social/emotional demands of their lives and to support students towards positive mindsets and behaviors. All this is done through classroom curriculum, group counseling and individual counseling, collaborating or consulting with staff, families or communities.
